Apex on course to deliver improvements to the club house facilities

We have been appointed to Aldeburgh Golf Club as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor for extension and alterations works to their club house facilities.

The club house was opened in 1911 and retains its original Edwardian features. This main aspiration for this scheme is to extend the existing dining room whilst maintaining the impressive views across the golf course. The existing lounge bar will also be refurbished to uplift the look and feel of the space.

In order to make the golf club more inclusive, part of the alterations will provide disabled WC facilities. Other area of works include improvements to the entrance and ladies changing room.

The works tee off in November 2017, with the 19th hole reached by Easter 2018.
